In order to take necessary action by the registry as regards the buildings to be constructed in the said land and to receive the imperial rescript of the Sultan, the situation has been notified to the Ministry of Internal Affairs with an official letter. In the official letter, dated 16 November and numbered 26, sent from the Ministry of Main Register of Revenues, it was stated that the 700 piasters, belonging to the administration of the title deed registration, must be collected from the building owners and sent to the treasury of the registry. In accordance with the official letter, dated 16 March 1891 and numbered 14, the said sum has been collected from the said persons and sent to the concerned ministry. However, no reply has been given as yet. Since it is impossible to issue a license for the construction of the said buildings before obtaining an imperial rescript, it is appropriate to inquire the ministry about the situation if this is approved by the mutasarrıf.
