It has been proven from consecutive comments, that ’Arif Effendi al-Marâ’sha, ’Isa Abû Dalû, Mûsâ Abû Dalû, Hâj Darwîsh al-Malâ’bî, Muhyî al-Dîn Ghûsha, Murshid bin Muhammad Khalîl, Kâmil al Kalûtî, Mûsâ Kâmil al-Bayrûtî, Rubâ Michael, Rubâ Israel, Mûsâ Dâsa, Shmûwilkî, who is known as al-Maskûbî and ‘Ûshar the butcher, have slaughtered cows and sheep in various areas, outside of the slaughter house. This violates public health regulations and municipal warnings. Therefore, and in order to implement the orders of the Ministry of Interior, dated on the 5th of Aylûl, 332, file number 3730, which was based on a Shûrâ decision dated on the 30th of Mârt, 331, and which was delivered through the district administrative council on the 28th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)332, number 366, the council has decided to penalize each of them with a sum of 25 piasters. Therefore, this decision was issued on the 24th of Mârt (1)333 (24th of March 1917).
