The Ayn-ı Kârim Fountain, 11,900 piasters / Kalunya, 6,000 piasters / Beyre, 7,600 piasters = 25500 piasters
The water fountains located in the villages of Kalunya, Ayn-ı Kârim and Beyre have been inspected and the estimated expenses have been put on Dutch auction. After the completion of bidding, it has been decided that the work be undertaken by Muallim Hasan Al Sarih (?) under the guarantee of Abdülgani Al Biblis (?) at the above-written rate of 25,500 piasters, on the basis of 23 piasters per a silver Mejjidie. It has been stipulated that the said work be finalized within forty day as of the auction date, that one-third of the the designated cost be paid in advance, that the remaining sum be paid in degrees, and that twenty-percent of the said sum be retained until the later inspection. As regards examining the issue and taking due action in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 5th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)326 (18th of October 1910).
