We announce that the transfer of mail from post office to train station and back is proposed for public bid (munâqasah) for a period of one year starting at the beginning of Huzayrân (1)311. The bid was decided in favor of the applicant for an amount of four hundred and thirty qirsh for each month. Accordingly, the directions (kayfîyyah) were published. [So] everyone who is interested in the public bid should contact the council within three days starting at the date below. Written on the 8th of Mâyîs (1)311 (20th of May 1895).
