We announce that a construction of a hotel next to al-‘Arrûb River on the road that leads to Hebron is proposed for public bid. The cost of construction [is to be paid later] from the hotel's rental of a number of years according to the demand. Those who wish to participate in the bid should contact Jerusalem municipality and review the conditions and the plan within five days. In order for this to be known, these directions were published on the 30th of Mâyîs (1)314 (11th of June 1898).
