We announce that the yearly food and fodder supplies for the soldiers stationed in Latakia are proposed for Dutch auction from the beginning of Huzayrân (1)311. So, everyone who is interested in the auction should contact Abû-Silah? at the council in Jerusalem. In order for this to be known, the directions were announced on the 15th of Mâyis 1311 (27th of May 1895).
