It has been decided by the council to rent the sixth store of the seven stores located next to al-Manshiyya to the khawâjah ‘Izrâ Hirârî for a period of one year and four months starting in the beginning of Ramadân (1)313 until the end of Dhî al-Hijjah (1)314 for an amount of nine French Liras, of which two Liras to be paid upfront, three Liras by the beginning of Muharram (1)314 and two Liras for each three months. Thus, the entire mentioned rent will be paid to the treasury by the half of the year. In order for this to be approved, this decision was taken on the 6th of Shubât (1)311 (18th of February 1896).
