Against Apou Soukri (Απού Σούκρι), that he came to their village and reprimanded them for writing a petition against his teaching assistant, and threatened them, particularly the priests; and ordered them to write a collective petition (maspata) asking for the salary of his assistant to be increased. To make the notables sign it, he promised them financial help - to write a petition to His Beatitude asking for the military tax of the poor. He would like to help in this, and he wishes for the received amount to be shared. They give a notification that all the military taxes have already been paid.
