It has been decided to collect donations to cover the needs of the people of Uşak and Sinop. For this purpose, until this day, 5,000 piasters from the district of Jaffa and 910 piasters from the district of Hebron have been requested. It is necessary for the mentioned donations to be quickly collected and delivered at their destinations. Thus, the involved governors of the districts should be informed via the written decree from the governor of the Sanjak to collect and send the above-mentioned amount as fast as possible. The 13th of Mâyîs (1)311 (25th of May 1895).
