As a result of inspection, it has turned out that the said sewage really damages the location of nuns, thus preventing the completion of the construction of buildings. It is appropriate to notify the Armenian Patriarchate that, since it is not appropriate to leave the said sewage as it is right now, it shall be immediately turned to another direction or be completely closed down by our council if it cannot be turned. The 11th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)311 (23rd of October 1895).
