Given the bad state of the council chairs and the need to make a storage chest to keep documents, Master Shimû’îl the carpenter has been called and assigned the task of fixing the chairs for a sum of seven and a half majîdî riyâls, three riyâls for the storage chest, and install a new lock on the old council’s chest. In order to pay the sum of five majîdî riyâls in advance and the rest of the money after he finishes the work, this decision was taken on the 3rd of Huzayrân (1)314 (15th of June 1898).
