In accordance with the two verdicts given by the Sanjak Administrative Council dated 16 February 1888 and 13 February 1892, 2,857 piasters were spent on condition of repay by our municipal council for the reparation and furnishing of the mentioned court. Even though this amount was requested to be repaid, nothing could be taken yet. Due to the severe pecuniary problems in the municipal fund, it is hereby presented that the requested reparation shall be done only if the designated amount is taken as debt. Undated.
