The balance sheets from the 13th January 1884 to the 27th September of the same year are registered, drawn from the inspection of his Most Godly Beatitude’s book, where the Central Finance Committee signs the receipts, and of what was found in the Central Treasury concerning giving, and of the book where the Treasurer writes down the givings by the Central Committee concerning taking. In this book the Finance Committee will also register all the receipts by his Most Godly Beatitude cleared every six months by his Beatitude our Bishop; this book starts on the third page. In the Holy City of Jerusalem on the 28th September 1884.
