It has been decided that the tax of the macadam extending from Jerusalem to Jaffa be undertaken by Hasan Naşâşibi Effendi at a rate 160,150 piasters and that the livestock sale of the center of Jerusalem for 1318 (1902-1903) be undertaken by Sheikh Abdurrezzak Ali under the guarantee of Hacı Ahmet Tutah at a rate of 10,950 piasters. It is thus appropriate to relegate the matter to the Office of Main Register of Revenues so as to inspect their real estates and to take some amount of mortgage from the real estates of Hasan Naşâşibi at a value of 160,150 piasters and 5,475 piasters, which is the municipal fund’s share in the livestock sale tax, from the real estates of Hacı Ahmet Tutah (?).
