We announce that according to the documents dated on the 10th of Nîsân (1)323 with the number 185 received from the general directorate of the train construction works for the Hamidian Hijâz line, and following the deliberation given by the high commission, that all teachers and students of military and royal general schools may travel on the Hijâz line for the purpose of family visit for half the price. However, for the travel of students it is necessary for them to consult the school directorates. With the travel document given to the student by the directorate of the train construction works for the Hijâz line the student can then travel for half the price. And in order for this to be known, these directions were published on the 17th of Nîsân (1)323 (30th of April 1907).
