Medresesi'nde işlediklerinden binâ etdikleri divarın binâsı içün asla ruhsat istihsâl olunmadığından kendüleri ile ashâbı misillü mes’ûl bulunduklarından kendülerinden taleb olunan cezâ-yı nakdînin te’diyesine mecbûr olduklarının cevâben irâde ve iş‘ârı bâbında. Fî 7 Haziran sene 313 (19th of June 1897).
