The persons whose names are written in this register create problems by referring to the Constitution in the payment of the macadam tax amounting to 10,698.3 piasters to be taken to the account of October and November of this year. Hence, with the work of collecting or writing off the said sum to be dealt with later, this certificate has been written and given to Davud Al Şerfa Effendi, the multazim of the macadam tax, on the purpose of setting off from the installments of October and November. The 15th of Kânûn Awwal (1)324 (28th of December 1908).
