As the two houses, located outside the city near the Buharans company, one of which is wholly owned by Emin Abdülmuati (?) Effendi Al Alemi and the other is owned jointly by him and Hovace Buhas Tokatlı, are about the collapse, they are now in a dangerous situation. In the letter given by the municipal engineer Nasri Effendi, it has been stated that this threat must be removed either by demolition or reparation. Hence, in accordance with the 48. article of the Public Buildings Regulation in effect as regards this matter, they were warned on 27 December 1905 for the immediate removal of this threat, yet nothing has been done thus far. These houses must thus be demolished, in accordance with the content of the regulation article, after the arrangement of a mandate of a committee composed of the municipal engineer, muhtar of the neighborhood, and an official from the municipal police force, with demolition expenses be covered from the wreckage cost or collected from the owners. It is appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police force to take due action in respect thereof. The 21st of Kânûn Awwal (1)321 (3rd of January 1906).
