Members of the Managing Council: Faydi Islam, qādī; Mustafa, muftī; Muhammad Tahir, mudīr maliyya, as-sayyid Muhammad Amin, mudīr awqaf; Anton, a representative of the Latins; Grigorius, a representative of the Greeks, Ishaq Isra'il of the Jews and others.
It shows the spending of 3820 ġurūš for swords and robes of honour, which were presented as a token of mercy on behalf of the state to the tribes from Gazza where the people of the mutaṣarrif of al-Quds have gone to in order to collect the state arrears.
Dated 1282 Ğumādā I 8 according to Ottoman religious (Islamic) calendar.
